Please understand when booking our services you agree to following : a 25% late fee of the total amount of services rendered per day will be added to the invoice if left unpaid. Please take care of invoice payment before 6pm of the same day that services are rendered. If you refuse to pay for services already rendered we will file a complaint in court for the unpaid amount in addition to any late fees that accrue daily. This will also require a court cost of $96 and a serving fee of $30 and the Sheriff will serve you at your home and job. We appreciate your business and would like to settle this matter without having to go through these drastic measures, but if our service tech completes the detail we require a payment for that vehicle as requested.
Refund and Returns
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Our ultimate goal is to make customers happy and want to continue to utilize our services for years to come. We always do our best to take care of our customers and treat and deal with them fairly and reasonably. We do our best in correcting any mistakes or dislikes that may occur within reasonable standards. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
